"Buyer," "You," or "Your" refers to the person purchasing our online course.

Warranty

We warrant that the online course will be delivered in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not warrant that the online course will meet your specific requirements, that the online course will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects in the online course will be corrected. UK Law Limitation and Liability

These terms of sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms of sale will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Our liability to you for any breach of these terms of sale or any negligence on our part will be limited to the price you paid for the online course. We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit or business interruption.

 

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the online course, you may request a refund before the start of the course. Refunds requested before the start of the course will incur a 15% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the start of the course. To request a refund, please contact info@peoplecentricity.co.uk . We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request.
