People centricity is a registered  Limited company in the United Kingdom. People Centricity name and logo are registered trademarks. All rights reserved. People centricity is committed to respecting the right of copyright owners particularly members who share their content on our website.

 

People Centricity will not permit the creation, transmission of or access to content such a way as to infringe a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right. Members may not create, distribute or transmit content such that this infringes the copyright of another person.

 

Scope

This policy applies to:

 

  • All members of People Centricity, who contribute in the creation of content on any format for sharing their insights and experiences

 

  • Insights, thought leadership, blogs may incorporate a limited amount of third-party content. All intellectual property rights of these content are owned by their respective third-party individual or organizations.

  • The Change Management pathway e-learning is a single user license, no part of this e-learning content, title or image should be redistributed, reproduced, modified, amended, stored in any retrieval system or transmitted, in any form or by any means, without the written permission of People Centricity. Anyone wishing to copy or reuse all or part of this e-learning will need a license. License requests can be sent to People Centricity intellectual property rights and licensing at  info@peoplecentricity.co.uk  

 

Furthermore copying which is allowed by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 may be undertaken. This includes but not limited to:

  • Content shared by the copyright holder, it is her/her own work

  • Open Source content

  • Direct permission from the copyright holder has been granted and is still valid

  • Content that is no longer in copyright.

  • Purchased or licenced content from copyright holder

 

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is:

  • Ensure compliance with Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

  • Outline steps to be taken should content or any other information shared on our website infringe copyright

Ownership of copyright in line with People centricity’s IP code

  • People centricity owns all IP created by its team

  • Members own all IP they create during sharing their experiences and insights

 

Legislative Context

In the UK copyrighted materials are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Compliance implementation of the law regarding copyright is the responsibility of every member of the Global Change Practitioner forum. This policy describes how those responsibilities are discharged in the context of People Centricity. Failure to comply with copyright low could have serious consequences, for example, loss of membership privileges and could ultimately give rise to legal action against members or People centricity.

 

Removal of content

Content may be removed due to:

    • Complaints

    • Copyright or license infringement

    • Inappropriate content

    • Abuse of copy right or license
