This has been a really informative and engaging introduction to change management

It is very informative and well structured. What to expect from the module is clearly set. It's also supported by real case scenarios. Takeaway summaries helped me in making sure I didn't miss any important points about the topic. The audiovisual section is another interesting approach to grasp important concepts. Reflection at the end of each part has helped me check how well I understand. Last but not least, I've learnt that to be successful when thinking of introducing a change in practice, applying structured change management approach is uncompromisable scheme.
